Ice Bottle Chiller Mold
Instead of chilling wine in an ice bucket, create a work of art made entirely of ice. Just pour water into the double-walled mold, and freeze for 24 hours. Unmold the resulting hollow column of ice, and place in its stainless steel stand. Molded ice "wine coaster" keeps wine cold at the table. Stainless-steel stand contains condensation and keeps table surface dry. Decorative elements such as flowers, leaves or citrus slices can be added for freezing in place. Can also freeze a pillar candle in the mold for a diffused, glimmering light. The ice form will last for about 6 hours for chilling wine, or 4 hours as a candle holder.

Doesn't work

Received this as a gift. Loved the idea of it, and was very happy with it the first time we used it. Problem is--the ice mold doesn't work after the first time!
The premise of this product is a ring-shaped mold that you freeze water in, and it un-molds into a bottle chiller.
My mold creates a bump in it (defective plastic, I assume), and won't dislodge whole. This product is not up to the quality standards of Williams-Sonoma. Very disappointed.

Bought it as a wedding gift

This is something we bought as a wedding gift for a couple. It was something they selected for their wedding registry. I can't speak about the mold itself, since we didn't actually use it, but I can say that this is something that appealed greatly to a young couple that plans to entertain!

We received one of these as a gift last christmas! I absolutely love it!
This summer did one with lemons and it was an awesome center piece!
