Fermin Iberico de Bellota Presa, Set of 2

A specialized Spanish cut, the tender, juicy shoulder steak called presa has no exact equivalent in the U.S. Adding to this cut's uniqueness is the fact that it comes from Spanish heritage-breed Iberico de bellota hogs. Their diet of bellotas (acorns) creates pork edged and marbled with fat, which melts as it cooks to infuse the meat with nutty sweetness. The steaks are simple and easy to prepare: just sprinkle with salt and pepper, sear quickly and serve medium rare. Two steaks, each 1 lb., 4 oz. and 3" thick (each serves 3-4). Shipped frozen. Product of Spain.

Probably the best pork we've ever had! We marinated the pork in a Korean marinade, and grilled it to a medium rare. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Will definitely order this again.
Pros: Authentic, Quality, Good for Entertaining, Flavor, Healthy
