Heritage Bundt(R) Cake Pan
Use this swirling cast-aluminum pan to create Bundt cakes in the original 1950 shape. NordicWare based its vintage design on an old German stoneware mold for baking a ring-shaped kugelhopf, similar to American coffee cake. Durable cast-aluminum pan re-creates the original 1950 Bundt design. Center tube conducts extra heat to the middle of the cake for even baking. I love this pan and the recipe it comes with is delicious!
A few days ago I was baking a cake. I put it in a round 9am and went out for the day completely forgetting about it for 8 hours!!!! My daughter was freaking out because we had put our dog in the kitchen but thankfully when we returned home there was now fire- NOT EVEN SMOKE! Once I knew the dog was okay my worries immediately went to this pan. The cake was burnt to a crisp- needless to say- but this pan was perfect. The cake slid right out! I couldn't believe it! I truly believe this pan prevented a fire from starting. This is a great pan!!!!

Unique Bundt pan

Cool Shape

I like this pan because it is Nordic Ware, made in the USA, and has a cool shape.
I've seen it used in different places and basically wanted to add it to my collection. I've baked several cakes in it and each has been great, just as in any other Nordic Ware pan.
I am disappointed, however, that Nordic Ware's traditional 10-yr or lifetime warranty was not on the label, makes me wonder if it has a warranty...

I haved looked at this Heritage Bundt pan off and on for 2 years. I almost bought it 2 years ago but decided I didn't really 'need it' as I had just bought the Anniversary Bundt pan.
Finally decided to get this after reading everyone's reviews and looking at the photos of cakes provided by previous reviewers (thank you by the way). Made my first cake last week. It was gorgeous! Came out of the pan on the first tap (I used the Bak Clean spray) without even a tiny bit sticking. I plan on making a Lemon Bliss cake next week as a surprise birthday gift for a co-worker.
If you've been considering this pan, just do it, lol! The look of the cake is unique and it's easy to clean. Just remember its a 10 cup capacity rather than the 10-15 cup capacity of the Anniversary pan.

This is an awesome cake pan and the presentation of the finished cake is wonderful. Expect lots of ooh and ahhs from your guests and be ready to answer questions about how you baked this cake.

Like others, I was worried that my cake wouldn't release from the pan. I worried for nothing!! As long as I grease and flour the pan, it comes out beautifully! And the presentation is always a HUGE hit! You can make the simplest cake, and it looks so elegant. I am very very pleased with my purchase, and plan on buying some of the other bundt pans.

I have always loved this pan and decided to purchase it before Christmas. I made so many cakes and found excuses to make them because it made my happy seeing how beautiful the cakes would come out with this pan! Before the first use, I was worried about sticking but I carefully greased and floured, waited for about 15 minutes for cake to cool off before taking it out of the pan and I never had a problem!

I have owned this pan for 4 years. Never once have I been disappointed with it. Nothing ever sticks,and the cakes are beautiful. I purchased my daughter one this year for a Christmas gift. She has never owned a Bundt pan, so I figured I may as well start her out with the BEST.

awesome bundt cake pan....I used this to wow my family for thanksgiving. I was making mrs. route's famous pound cake...which is great already but this bundt pan sent it over the top!

I was finally able to get this pan after looking at it for so long. I got it on sale and recieved it a few days later. I haven't used it yet but will do so this weekend for the holidays. I can't wait to see the finished product and share it will family.
I love Nordic ware products they come up with the best designs to make baking fun. I have a few cake pans already so I know this is one of the best.

I wish the pan was a little larger & could be washed in the dishwasher rather than by hand. Otherwise love the shape....cakes are really pretty.

Excellent, but too small

I tried this pan right after buying it. As promised it cooked really well. The exterior did not turn too brown as in my existing bundt pan. It flipped out of the pan easily. I love the design which is both different and pleasing. It looks great once powdered sugar is added or an icing.
I have used it for two different recipes and in both cases, IT WAS TOO SMALL! How can this happen?
I thought it looked small and asked before I bought it, but was assured it was standard size. The cakes both rose an inch out of the pan. Too bad because otherwise this is the best baking equipment I own.

This is a Christmas gift but I have seen a cake baked in this pan. Very dramatic presentation for a simple cake.. As usual, I had NO problems with the order or the delivery. I never hesitate to order from Williams Sonoma. I just wish you hadn't closed the store nearest to me. Now it's a bit of a trek to get there.

Makes a pretty cake

I like to have a little collection of Bundt cake pans and this pan is a nice addition. Cake easily released from the pan and looked nice. VERY easy to clean. I will use this one again and again!

The heritage recipe is so delicious, we haven't even bothered trying another. We sprinkle with powered sugar and put strawberries in the center.
The shape is elegant and unique - always gets compliments.
I also bought WS's baking spray - which doesn't burn on the pan and ruin the surface.
Yes, I would recommend to a friend, BUT I DON'T - HA HA!

I used a cream cheese pound cake recipe FANTASTIC! I was careful to butter and flour every edge or seam. The cake came out of the pan easily.

By far the best Bundt pan I have ever used. Baked a Lemon Pound Cake and it came out perfect! What a lovely shape for a cake!

I couldn't wait to use this pan as soon as it arrived. It made a beautiful and unique cake. The cake recipe that came with it was ok, a simple pound cake. It needed some fruit to jazz it up. I'll play around with different recipes. All in all it made for a very pretty presentation, I got many compliments.

The cake bakes evenly in the pan without browning. The end result is very impresive even with a simple powder sugar dust. Golden crust, gorgeous cake everytime..:)

Need advice
Your cake looks beautiful. I have used my pan twice and both times the cake has turned out way too dark and the ridges are somewhat crispy. This last time I lowered the oven by 25 degrees and baked it 15 min. less than recipe called for. It was better but not the light golden color I am looking for which you have achieved. Do you have any advice?
