My new favorite seasoning

Received this as a Christmas gift. I had never even heard of this seasoning before. I had to look up a few recipes on the internet before using it. I just made roasted veggies from my garden with the herbs. All I have to say is amazing! These were the best veggies I had ever eaten. Next recipe to try will be roasted chicken. You have to try this!

I have used the Williams-Sonoma Herbes de Provence in my cooking a great deal, and this new sea salt with the herbes is a fantastic addition to my cuisine. I recently used it when I baked a whole branzino, using the Herbes de Provence Sea Salt inside and outside the fish, and stuffing it with slices of orange and shallots, along with a little butter and olive oil and a healthy dash of dry white vermouth in the bottom of the baking dish. Scrumptious! I'll be ordering another jar of this sea salt fairly soon. Try it - you'll love it!
