I received my swag, very fragrant without even opening the box. It's quite substantial and it's going to look amazing on my purple front door. I have other natural wreaths, boxwood and apple leaf, that have lasted for years with little more than an occasional coating of satin spray polyeurathane to help keep the shedding to a minimum and repel any bugs that get interested. An expensive swag but geez, it's gorgeous and you can't beat the natural classic look if it.

don't waste your money

No fragrances!!! " entrancing scent of lavender" it is NOT! If you are looking for a room freshener, don't waste your money! For &130.00 you are just getting the look. There is no way you can return it, because Williams Sonoma labels it "perishable item". So, forget about sending it back if it doesn't meet with your expectation. You're stuck with it. What you see is what you get nothing more.
Cons: Fragile, no fragrance!, can't return it., to expensive!

You can return wreaths
I would certainly encourage you to give W&S a ring - I once "returned" a lavendar wreath. It's true that since it is perishable they didn't actually pick it up, but they credited me the full amount immediately - no hassle! Since then I've been extremely impressed by their CS and continue to purchase their wreaths.
