Am replacing this set because after 15 years, I dropped and broke one of the bowls. There are few things in my kitchen that I rely on more.

I have wanted this set for a long time, its inexpensive so don't know why I didn't get it sooner. .I love how it stafcks, and plastic wrap actually clings to it. There is a bowl for anything you need. GOOD INVESTMENT.

space saving bowls

Ten bowls nest to occupy the space of the largest bowl. They are light, and if they prove to be robust (as tempered glass should be) and really sustain time in the microwave (as claimed) they earn five stars.

I prefer this glass set to the larger one that is available at WS. Easy to handle, weight is very reasonable. They come out of the dishwasher sparkling!

I got these as a gift about a year ago and I don't know how I ever cooked without them. I use the really small ones as dipping bowls and the multiple sizes make them very versatile.

I ordered this glass bowl set because of the number and range of bowl sizes.
I keep the set on the counter and my husband and I use them daily in meal preparation.
I liked it so much I ordered a second set the next day for my daughter for her new apartment.

I am sure these are the same bowls given to me as a gift over 10 years ago (thanks Roger and Sandy!) as they were purchased by the gift-givers at Williams-Sonoma. I have loved them. They are fantastic! As advertised, they can also be used as serving bowls. They make candy making easier as I can put the measured ingredients in the small bowls for quick and easy adding at the proper time.
They bigger ones are somewhat heavy, but that is actually a good thing, as it makes them durable.

I bought these with a Christmas/birthday gift cards and planned to use them for baking. I used them just yesterday and I was so happy with how useful they are. I was able to use the different sizes to measure out ingredients, making baking really easy. I store the larger bowls on one cabinet and the smaller ones in another but love that they are nesting. Highly recommend them.

These bowls were a disappointment. They looked so pretty on the photos, but in reality were dull and cheap looking. If I had seen them on the shelf, I would have not purchased them.

CHIPS WAY TOO EASILY

I loved these bowls, so I finally bought them. When I hand washed them before using them, three of them had chipped during the delicate hand washing. Over priced for the quality... If I lived close to a store I would return them in a heart beat. Disappointed.

Like "DorcasD", I too bought my set at the Winter Park, Florida store. I bought my set 10 years 5 months ago and they are FANTASTIC.
Yes, they are heavy, but I have a large pantry and keep them on a shelf about waist high.
Unfortunately, my husband broke one a few years ago, and this morning I broke my favorite size, so I am going to replace the set.
Highly recommend !!

I always wanted these. It's cool that they stack inside each other. But that means to get any of the larger bowls, the whole stack needs to be taken off the shelf. All together, these bowls must weigh 15-20 lbs!
This makes me avoid these bowls, in favor of some lightweight metal bowls.

Williams-Sonoma 10-Piece Graduated Bowl Set

I purchased this set of bowls for the purpose of prepping, mixing, and cooking.
I bought them 15 years ago at their Winter Park, FL store. I have found them to be excellent in quaity. The glass is thick and is therefore ding resistant.
They are also made of heat resistant glass that allows you to mix and prep w/o worry.
I like the graduated sizing of the bowls because it allows me to choose the correct size bowl at-a-glance.
They are also simple and classic in design and go fm counter to table as emergency serviceware.
I use the tiny bowls for dipping and sauces for personal dining and small dinner parties.
Store them on a low shelf so you can easily pick the right size.

Makes You Feel Like A Cooking Pro

I love these bowls! I have a small kitchen, so the fact that I can have 10 bowls only taking up the space of 1 really helps with storage. They are very durable, and I like the clean, simple design.
It's so nice having the different sizes to make prep work that much faster. Now, when I'm making bread or cakes, I can premeasure the different ingredients ahead of time, and be ready to mix everything quickly. It also makes it easier for your kids to help out in the kitchen. They can be your "kitchen helper" by pouring out the premeasured ingredients for you as you mix.
You will find yourself reaching for these nesting bowls time and time again. They will be a wonderful addition to your kitchen.
