Giusti Balsamic Vinegar
Using techniques passed down through the generations, the Giusti family has produced their vinegars in the same building in Modena, Italy, since 1605. Top-quality grapes, natural fermentation and six years of barrel aging account for the marvelous transformation of white grapes into this mellow yet flavorful vinegar. Made with naturally fermented white grape juice, barrel-aged 6 years for concentrated flavor. Use for finishing foods just before serving: drizzle over grilled steaks or sauteed chicken, a wedge of Parmigiano-Reggiano or fresh strawberries.
