Ghidini Dual Blade Peelers
This set of cleverly designed T-shaped peelers makes quick work of prepping fruits and vegetables-from tomatoes and carrots to kiwis and peaches. Each peeler has a dual blade head. Both have a straight-edge blade on one side for peeling firm fruits and vegetables. Razor-sharp stainless-steel blades are swivel-mounted on two comfortable handles making it easy to peel and prep any texture of fruit or vegetable. Simply reverse the peeler to switch between the straight peeler and specialty blade. The red peeler reverses to a serrated blade for peeling soft-skinned produce. The green peeler reverses to a julienne blade, great for carrots and zucchini. Nonslip handle provides a secure grip, even when your hands are wet. Blades come with covers for safe storage. 5" long. Made in China.

Just returned this item (great experience with WS returns, btw) because it doesn't fully cut with the julienne blade. Tried several times to julienne a carrot. At the end of the swipe, it breaks off instead of smoothly cutting to the end. Tried holding it at different angles, but had to pull the strands out each swipe of the blade. Might as well cut them with my knife. Might try the Rosle one for more than twice the $$. Tried to clean it before returning, but gave up getting all the tiny shreds out. Awkward handle for small hands.

Blade peelers

I purchased these peelers based on the positive reviews. I was replacing a 4 in 1 peeler which had come apart. I do not like the fact that the blades rotate while peeling and keep slipping.
Pros: Easy to Clean

nice peelers

Pretty and sharp. Do a good job peeling. My biggest problem is getting used to working with a different type of peeler. I've always used the old standard peeler so I need to adjust.

greatest peelers ever

Excellent peelers- I bought the green and the red peelers together, and think it was a great value.
They are very sharp, yet they don't peel too deeply.
The serrated edge is amazing- have tried it on tomatoes and Mangos so far. Haven't yet used the julienne blade, but imagine it will be just as good as the other blades.
Really like the little side knobs- used to gouge out potato eyes.
Handles very comfortable, too.
