I really like this ladder. As a "height challenged" person who lives in a lofted apartment this product has been so useful. The design is so clean and I love having it handy,
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Design, Weight

wooden kitchen stepladder
December 16, 2013
This ladder looks beautiful in its picture, even close-up on ZOOM+, but "in person" has visible flaws such as dried gluing drips, sharp edges in need of sanding (including a few splinters), and on this particular ladder, a cracked third step where the screw joins it to the side piece.
I was planning to use the ladder for a week or so to try it out, but did not feel confident about its ability to stand up to daily use.
In short, this product does not live up to its online description, and in my opinion does not further Williams-Sonoma's reputation for high quality goods.
I regret very much not being able to use this ladder, as the description of the manufacturer's practices and standards was encouraging. But I cannot currently recommend this item to family or friends.
Cons: Strength, Quality, durability, Assembly, Fragile, Unreliable
