Not Flashy but a Good value knife

This knife isn't going to win any beauty contest but it does the job. Easy to sharpen and has a blade made from quality steel. The handles provides solid grip but weight-wise I prefer a knife with a little more heft to it. Price is hard to beat.

good knife

A good "extra" knife. Blade is great but the handle is just too light weight for doing a lot of work.

Great little knife

For an expensive knife, this product is superior to all the cutlery I own.....very sharp and durable....thanks!!

Most used knife

I've had this knife for a few years and loved it. Just bought a new one a few days ago and notice that the handle is about 1/2 the thickness of the old ones. The old handle is much sturdier in the hand. Please Forschner go back to the sturdier handle.

Razor sharp, and for the price, can't be beat. Holds a better edge than my henckels paring knife does too!
