Poor Quality of Materials and Construction
July 5, 2015
This product arrived in a corrugated box without any inside padding materials. The red cedar wood used throughout was inconsistent and had mostly rough-surfaces. One of the legs was cracked along its entire length. Not all of the water drain holes on the floor of the planter were drilled all the way through. Holes where screws were placed were rough around the edges. Wood pieces were not square and did not align well with adjoining pieces. Certainly not worth the price. I will try to return this item even though I later realized that it was not returnable (even if defective?). Williams Sonoma, you can do better than this. Very disappointing.
Cons: Quality, Assembly, materials, poor construction
