Nice Pot Rack, but...

Here is what I sent to Enclume...
Hello,
I bought your Contemporary Oval Pot Rack and installed it above the center island in my kitchen. The pot rack is very nice, however, for the price I payed, I think Enclume should have included small covers for the hooks that screw into the ceiling. It looks completely unfinished installing according to your directions so I spent several days tracking down (and then jerry-rigging) a couple covers. I must admit, the extra time, money, and aggravation AFTER already spending several hundred hours on your product leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope Enclume fixes this oversight in the future.
Pros: Quality, Design
Cons: no finishing covers

We thank you for your purchase and apologize for the inconvenience, but do need to explain that the Ceiling Trim Covers are designed to go with our RIU line that is made in China. If you’d like to purchase the trim covers we are more than happy to take your order, they do run $9.99 for a set of two, but please note they will not match the finish on your pot rack and you would have to purchase some sort of hex nut in order for them to work with our Premier or Décor line. Enclume has been making pot racks for over 35 years and up until the RIU line was developed we hadn’t used any trim covers for our products, the thought is the trim covers pull your eyes directly to the ceiling and not the pot rack, I hope this helps and we hope you enjoy your pot rack.

Thanks for the response. I find it hard to believe that Enclume charges extra money for finishing covers on any of their products as they don't come inexpensively.
I wouldn't disagree that Enclume is an expert in pot racks, but I believe my opinion as a consumer should not be discounted. I can assure you, having just installed the pot rack in my kitchen, the covers I fabricated DO NOT take away from the pot rack; we don't even notice them because the installation now looks finished.
In point of fact, two holes drilled in my ceiling with visible plastic clips from the toggler was a definite eyesore. My wife and I couldn't help but notice the plastic clips sitting against the ceiling with two bolts running into it (the holes were drilled cleanly). So, if anything took our eyes away from the pot rack, it was the LACK of finishing covers.
We very much enjoy our new pot rack as it has added a very nice touch to our kitchen but, more importantly, is very useful to us in our everyday lives.
