Emile Henry Caramel Ombre Loaf Pan
A hand-dipped ombre glaze makes an artful finish for our limited-edition loaf pan, which turns out appealing quick breads, mini cakes or meat loaf. Handcrafted by France's venerable Emile Henry company using fine Burgundian clay, each octagonal pan is imprinted with the Williams-Sonoma insignia. Ideal for oven-to-table use, the pan offers superb heat conduction and retention, so foods bake evenly and stay hot at the table. The ultra-durable pan is safe for oven, broiler or microwave use and even goes directly from freezer to oven. Great for Quick Breads

Made the Spiced Pecan Pumpkin Quick Bread in this pan and it came out perfect.
Center nice and moist, but the top was not over done. Easy to clean. New favorite.

Multiple Flaws...not Emile Henry quality

I have many bakeware pieces from Emile Henry...always superb quality. I was so excited about ordering this piece because it looks absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, UPS just delivered it and it has two huge flaws. One looks like a mistake and it was repaired with a different color material and then another is a large piece of material which is protruding from the piece. How disappointing! I am calling WS for a replacement right now. I already have the EH caramel loaf pan...just needed an additional one. If the replacement is in good shape, I will revise my rating. Nothing cooks like Emile Henry. Just cannot tolerate the flaws. Never had any quality issues prior to this loaf pan.

Second Pan was worst than the first
I received the replacement pan this evening. So disappointed. It had more flaws than the first .Unfortunately, it's going back. I generally give everything I purchase from WS five stars. Not with this piece. I will just buy another EH loaf pan in caramel just like the other one I have that I purchased from WS. It was perfect!
