A family-run company in Italy's Piedmont region produces these sheets of pasta the way that Italian cooks have been doing for centuries. Rich with the color and flavor of wheat and egg, the thin sheets are the delicious foundation to a hearty layered lasagna. Thin, rectangular sheets of dried egg pasta for preparing lasagna. No need to pre-boil: Simply layer sheets, cover completely with pasta sauce and bake. The juices from the sauce will absorb into the pasta producing great flavor & texture. Made with premium-grade durum wheat semolina (80%) and eggs (20%). Produced in the Italian home tradition: sheets are rolled out, cut and then dried at a low temperature for 22 hours. Contains no additives, preservatives or coloring. Prepared by an artisanal food company in the Piedmont region of Italy. 8.8 oz. Approx. twelve 4" x 5" sheets. Made in Italy.
