Makes Pasta Simpler

We bought this flour from our local W-S store and used it with our new pasta machine. My husband thought the dough had a nicer texture than when he made it himself, and a bit easier to do with everything else going on. But, then we couldn't find it again. I am so glad it is back that I am buying 4-packages.
