Delicious Recipes You Can Feel Good About

This is one of my most used, favorite cookbooks. The recipes are so delicious, and there are so many layers of flavor that you wouldn't guess that it's all so healthy. The Maple-Almond Granola is now a well-loved household staple. The nutritional information included in the back of the book is a wonderful feature.

healthy, easy and delicious food

I got this book to try more fresh and healthy recipes, I have tried several of the recipes and I have never been disappointed, my husband loves them, I love them! many of the recipes are really easy and fast to make. The ingredients are varied and colorful.
If you'd like to try fresh and delicious food, this is the book.
