Dumangin Champagne Vinegar

Dumangin makes superb champagne, so it comes as no surprise that they would know what it takes to create superb champagne vinegar. Made from champagne that's been filtered and transformed into vinegar over a 5-week period, then aged in casks for 12 months, the result is an exceptionally flavorful vinegar that has a bright, fresh flavor perfect for creating classic vinaigrettes. 12 oz. Made in France. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.

Average Taste

This Champagne Vinegar tastes very similar to the many other brands I've tried. There is nothing in its taste profile that screams premium brand.
