Extremely pricey and a lot of fat

Due to the amount of fat around the outside, and large chunks of fat marbled through the steaks making that fat impossible to trim, you end up with no more than approximately 6 oz. of edible meat per steak, before cooking, bringing the price up to around $37 per pound. That makes it double the price of what can be found in stores/butchers, even here in New York City.

These steaks are delicious, just the right amount of marbling, pricey but very good
Pros: Quality, Flavor
