To the previous reviewer...unless you marinate flank it won't be tender. This is a cut of meat that begs to be marinated and if you do, you will be rewarded with an amazing cut of meat.

I order this online and was disappointed when it arrived: the meat was much thinner and narrower then on picture. this tiny but long cut of steak. Of course when we grill it, it was overdone and dry even we try really cook it fast. The flavor was missing... I guess I paid in hard way for the discount they provide. I want my money back

A great steak

Marinated this flank steak overnight in a teriyaki marinade and it was excellent. Really surprised at how tender and flavorful it was. Can't wait to order another one! Only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was the cost.
Pros: Easy to Prepare, Quality, Time-saver, Flavor
