Steaks are only ok

I had these steaks sent to my parents for Christmas last year. Unfortunately they were disappointed in the size and thickness of the steaks. They were supposed to be at least 1 inch thick but did not nearly reach that height - more like 1/2 inch. These steaks are very expensive and should be as advertised. I would not buy these steaks again.
