Massively good tenderloin

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. After thawing the tenderloin, I was able to make two large Beef Wellingtons, and still have enough left over for a couple of steaks as well. . I used some of the trimmings to make some beef stock as well.
I prefer a full-sized tenderloin like this, so that I can prepare it in whatever way I like.
The meat itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again.

Buttery, generous, delicious

This is a food-lover's cut of beef. It's a surprisingly generous amount--more than enough to feed a crowd. And it's probably the most tender and flavorful filet I've ever eaten. Just remembering it makes my mouth water. Highly recommended.
