Our brisket comes from Double R Ranch Co., where each cut is hand selected and specially aged to ensure beef that is hearty and robustly flavorful. 10 lb. (serves 12). Shipped frozen. Great flavor and not too fatty

We were very happy with this brisket. We cut it in half and made two different recipes - one on the grill and one in the oven. Both turned out moist and delicious. We will purchase this again!

easy to prepare! hands down the best brisket we've ever had!!!!we did a simple rub,low and slow,it was soooo goood!!! we will buy again!! so tender with a rich beefy flavor! all I can say is yummy!

This was one of the best pieces of meat ever

We followed one of the Williams Sonoma Texas recipes for brisket and ad libed a bit. We made our on dry rub and a homemade barbecue sauce with vinegar, peppers etc. We cooked it for 10 hours... wrapped in foil for the first 6 and then basted it the last 4. This meat was succulent. My husband was absolutely amazed with the meat. He worked hard on it, but it was really incredible. Well worth the wait. Also, our brisket was almost 17 lbs. We felt like we had purchased a cow and never expected it to be so delicious. We were both a bit overwhelmed when we received it. We have shared it with friends and neighbors and this is one leftover that is not a problem to finish. As soon as I have freezer space, I will be purchasing another. I hope this is a WS stock item. I want to share it with out of town family.
