Demeyere Atlantis Stainless-Steel Saucepans

This elegant Belgian stainless-steel saucepan enlists the latest culinary innovations, including Demeyere's patented seven-ply InductoSeal and TriplInduc technologies, to guarantee flawless heat distribution and control. A mainstay in any kitchen, this saucepan is essential for everything from simmering sauces to cooking vegetables. Favored by the world's finest chefs, this professional cookware is constructed with seven high-tech layers, including a commercial-quality 18/10 stainless-steel finish. For impeccable heating and temperature control, the stainless-steel pan is welded into Demeyere's high-tech InductoSeal base, which has a 2mm copper center encapsulated in a layer of silver on either side for superb heat distribution. The base is finished with an external TriplInduc layer, which combines three special metal alloys to ensure a perfectly smooth, even heating surface that won't deform with use and boosts induction-cooking efficiency by up to 30%. Thanks to a Silvinox surface treatment, the durable, stick-resistant finish maintains its satin-polished beauty through years of daily use. Rims are shaped to allow for dripless pouring. Heavy, double-sided lids guarantee optimal heat retention. Ergonomic stainless-steel handles absorb minimal heat. Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction. Dishwasher safe.

best pots i've found so far
June 26, 2014
we use all different brands of high end pots and it seems those europeans (french and belgian especially) do know how to make a nice pot. not having handle rivets inside the pot is great, beautiful to look at, beautiful to cook with. price no higher than all clads best line. wish I could afford their designer series. it's a great tool and it's art.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Clean, Design

My wonderful sauce pan for everything
April 11, 2013
While expensive and heavy at 4+ pounds, this pan is the best one I have! I am able to steam vegitable without additional water and I don't burn them. I cook for 2 and it is just the right size. (1 Quart)
This is my favorite pan and the stainless finish is easy to keep clean.

The best saucepans made!
February 15, 2013
My 1.5 and 3 liiter saucepans have a handsome, professional appearance with a good weight. Their thick 7-ply copper-core bases extend all the way out to the pans sides and heat very uniformly on my induction cook-top, enabling lower heat settings on my induction range than lessor pans. Their stainless steel sides are heated by the food rather than the base, so they remain relatively cool and less likely to burn hands when accidentally touched, These are the best saucepans out there!
