Master artisans handcraft our signature butcher block from Brazilian cherry, using end-grain construction to reinforce the wood's premium, knife-friendly hardness. The wood is harvested from hurricane-downed trees, an eco-friendly way to repurpose this highly prized hardwood. Crafted from sustainably harvested, kiln-dried cherry wood. End-grain construction adds strength and resistance and is gentle on knives. Perimeter well collects juices, while rubber feet ensure stability. Hand finished with natural beeswax and mineral oil.
