This ring is small

It is very pretty, and will likely work well, but be aware, it is tiny. ... much smaller than I expected.

Easy to Use with Apple-Orange Cranberry Sauce

I bought a similar mold from WS a few years ago. Each year I make the apple orange cranberry sauce and use the mold, it comes out perfectly. I believe the pectin in the apples helps the sauce to set in the mold. I also lightly spray the mold with cooking spray before putting the hot sauce in. After it has been chilled just set the mold in a pan of hot water and cut around the inside circle with a knife then flip it onto a serving plate. I have not yet tried to bake a cake in it.
