cute but hard to insert

I got these several years ago from W-S. They are totally cute, painted ceramic. But, the prongs are not terribly sharp so they're really hard to get into the silk end of the corn and often fall out when you do get it in. I don't know if it's possible to find sharp corn holders anymore, I remember the ones my mom had could kill somebody, but they did work. If appearance is it or you can't find anything that looks sharper, go for it, they're beautiful.
Pros: beautiful
Cons: not sharp
