Collapsible Perforated Pizza Peel

Just like the ones used in artisan pizzerias, our sturdy peel makes it easy to transfer homemade pizzas to and from a hot cooking surface. Its perforated metal surface lets you remove excess flour or cornmeal with a quick shake, encouraging a perfectly baked pizza. After use, the peel handle folds for compact storage. An essential pizza-maker's tool for the grill and oven. Use to safely transfer already assembled pizza from a board or countertop to the oven and to remove pizza after baking is complete. Stay-cool hardwood handle ensures a secure grip as you transfer your pizzas. Perforations also help you quickly remove excess cornmeal or flour from your pizza crust. Convenient folding handle simplifies storage. An ideal accessory for the Pizzeria Pronto Outdoor Pizza Oven.

DIDN'T WORK FOR ME
August 2, 2014
Plunging headlong as a novice into the esoteric world of pizza-making, I bought a Pizzacraft gas-fired pizza oven. The insertion opening through which the pizza passes is really small. The hardest part of the pizza cooking process (for me) is transferring the completed pizza from the peel to the oven's pizza stone.
I read that perforated pizza peels were the tool of choice for the expert pizzaticians. I don't have the knack and failed miserably - twice. The pizza stuck to the perforated peel worse than either the smooth metal peel or my wood peel. This, despite profuse applications of corn meal and/or flour on the peel.
I'm sure it's my bad, but I'm going to stick with wood (and hopefully, the pizzas won't!).
Pros: Easy to Store, Size, Design, Weight
Cons: Difficult to Use

Good price, but screw strips out easily!
July 15, 2014
I like the price and the metal peels because they are so thin and easy to get under the pizza. I'll be honest, I bout this one because it was on sale and the cheapest, plus I take my KettlePizza places to cook and I liked the fact that this peel folds down making it easier to transport. Only problem is if you tighten it to tight the little gnarled nut set it wood will strip and spin. I'm concerned it may fall out completely soon, but only time will tell
Pros: Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Weight

Better than the Wood Peel!
June 28, 2014
This works great on the grill and also the Breville Indoor Pizza Oven. I was concerned the handle would not be sturdy but it tightens very easily and does not wobble. The peel picks up dough easier than a wood peel. And it stores very well.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Design
