Not for straight sided stacked cakes.

My headline is a little confusing so I will explain. This cake pan does not have straight sides and WS states in the description that this aids in storing. Fine, but it does not aid in having a cake with straight sides. If you are using this pan with another pan that does have straight sides, your cake is uneven. Storing the thing is not what is important to me, the cake it makes is. I would have returned it but it would have cost more than I paid for it so I will keep it, just not for cakes.

Great Quality

This cake pan is fantastic. No flouring or greasing needed! I made a pineapple upside cake in it and it released like a charm. I've also done blueberry upside down cake in this pan, and it came out perfect! I normally do my cake in a cast iron skillet, and sometimes because of the melted brown sugar topping, it would stick a bit. Not with this pan. My cake was perfect!
