Classic French Gougere Mix
In France's Burgundy region, winemakers often serve gougeres as a savory accompaniment to their prized vintages. Equally delicious with cocktails or beer, these deceptively simple cheese puffs usually require several steps - including making a choux pastry from flour, butter and eggs - but our mix simplifies the process. Mix is blended for us in France using the finest ingredients and a traditional recipe. Just combine the mix with water and grated Gruyere cheese, pipe or scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, then pop into a hot oven.
