Heavy enough not to blow away in strong winds, yet portable and lightweight enough to move around your yard. Vents on both sides provide air circulation. Hinged ramp with adjustable incline. Removable roof locks in place. Removable side panel for easy cleaning and access. Includes a wooden nest box and two removable wooden perches. Assembly required. 27 1/2" x 27 1/2" x 29 high; 48.4 lb. Not exactly as described

I was attracted to this coop because of the metal edging. In terms of design there are a few problems. There are too many air holes on the top for Winter use, but in Summer the air circulation would be good. The latch/lock on the ramp will not keep a talented predator out. It can be easily opened with a little twist. The ramp only has one raised metal strip on it, while the photo shows 3. One strip will make it difficult for chickens to grip the ramp as they enter/exit the coop. The product description says that it comes fully assembled and it did not. I consider myself mildly handy so It wasn't difficult to put together and I didn't really need any tools until it came to tightening the screws. However, the directions are in French with tiny, blurry photos. This was a great opportunity to finally put some of my high school French to good use without leaving the US, but I never thought I'd be using it to build a chicken coop.
Pros: small, metal edging
Cons: not secure latching mechanism, incomplete directions
