Best & easiest sharpener ever used!
October 20, 2014
Over the past 50 years I have probably tried every sharpener ever made. None were ever very remarkable. This one was a bit expensive but is the only one that truly does the job easily and well. If you want sharp knives this one will do the job! I see no reason to give it less than 5 stars on workmanship.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Balance, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Size, Strength, Versatile, Sharpness, Shape, Weight, sharpens serrated knives
Cons: none

didn't work for long

The sharpener was great at first. I didn't have to use it often, so when it stopped working after only a few uses, it was already beyond its warranty. They say to ship it back to them, but who knows what it would cost to fix the thing? How frustrating.

Williams Sonoma Guarantee
Missatiejacket,
If you still have the receipt, bring the broken knife sharpener to a Williams-Sonoma store. They will always replace items that have a manufacture's defect.
