Chef'sChoice 320 Electric Knife Sharpener
Made in the USA, the Chef'sChoice electric sharpener maintains sharp edges on knives for efficient chopping and dicing. Just pass the knife a few times through each slot: the first for sharpening, the second for stropping/polishing. Two-stage process sharpens and strops straight-edge and serrated blades. First stage sharpens blade using a 100% diamond-coated abrasive disk. Second stage uses stropping disks for a finished polish. Durable brushed-stainless-steel housing.

The Chef's Choice 320 did an excellent job. It is very fast and easy to use. The knives stay sharp and perform well on the variety of jobs in the home kitchen.

This knife sharpener is great. I have had it for about 1 week, and so far have sharpened several family members knives. It is very easy to use, and so far, they are all very satisified how sharp their knives are.

Excellent sharpener

I purchased this more than 6 months ago and haven't had a dull knife in the kitchen since.
I was conflicted about whether to purchase the two or three slot version. Two is just fine!
I highly recommend this item.

I love this sharperner. I never have to worryabout dull knives any more. I would recommend this to any serious cook.
