Chef'n Sleek Scrape Spatula
This clever three-in-one tool includes a traditional bench scraper, a combined measuring cup and a measuring scoop for transferring ingredients while cooking. Stainless-steel edge is ideal for cutting pastry dough and has clearly marked measurements for accurate measuring and portioning. Interior made of soft, collapsible plastic expands to hold up a cup of food for measuring and transferring ingredients while cooking. Scrapes cutting boards clean. 5 3/4" x 1" x 6 3/4" long when fully expanded. Expands to 1-cup cap. Made in China.

I am a kitchen gadget addict but I don't like to waste money on something that won't get used and just ends up cluttering the drawer. I didn't waste money here. This little bench scraper is like having an extra hand; so nice when chopping veggies for a mirepoix. Just scoop in and transfer to your pot - saves wear and tear on your chef's knife as well as time. One really redeeming aspect is that it folds down to a flat unit and saves on drawer space.

great cooking tool

I've noticed a product similar to this on cooking shows and thought how handy it would be. When i cook Asian food I use a lot of garlic and peppers and this is the perfect tool for collecting the small pieces from the cutting board.
