My favorite tool for entertaining

This book has given me the tools and knowledge that I've been looking for, for years. I've done the winery trips and read a lot online but never felt I had a clue for pairing cheese with wine, beer or cooking unique recipes. This book is worth every dime! It has wine pairing, beers to pair, types of cheeses, recipes, it even offers seasonal cheese platter for entertaining: such as pairing fruit & cheese for Fall or Winter plates ...This is my favorite tool for entertaining, I can't wait for next dinner party! I'm having one just b/c I need to use this books tips & recipes! Thank you WS, this is a great education for someone who is an amature at cheese pairing but advanced entertaining skills! ha ha ha!
