These traditional Spanish cooking vessels are made of dense terra-cotta that's been specially fired to make it suitable for use on a wide variety of heat sources, from oven to stovetop to open flame-even microwave. Made in Breda, Spain, a tiny village with a long history of ceramic craftsmanship. The dish will retain heat and continue to simmer even after being brought to the table for serving.
