I have never attempted making pickle before but with the great recipes my family now think I am a genius. Loved the book so much I bought one for my daughter too!

easy no commercial pectin canning

this is the book that turned me onto canning. the directions are clear and concise, the recipes are fresh and interesting and there is NO use of commercial pectin unless required by the fruit (like strawberries). cannot recommend this enough.
