Really nonstick

These pans are the best. I use them for frying eggs, meat, chicken, fish, warming tortillas, giving tacos a crispy exterior and any dish that requires cooking with a sauce. They yield all traces to a quick wash by hand, so I don't put them in the dishwasher although I know it is safe to do so.

Nice nonstick

I love the fact I can cook eggs without adding butter and they slide right out. The clean up is easy. Considering that nonstick pans do have to be replaced periodically I think this is a great set for the price.

Way cool...rates right up there with that first cup of coffee on a Monday morning! I thought my husband had spent a little too much time in the sun when he bought them, but WOW...they are some very nice skillets.

Perfect wedding/shower gift

This is my go-to gift for newlyweds. I recently sent this to a young couple and they were very appreciative but the kicker is the mother of the groom called me to say how fantastic the pans are! She says they are better than her personal fry pans and said I had to have spent too much money on my gift! WS puts these on sale a few times a year and that makes these super affordable. I did not tell! They look great and feel just the right weight. I have had a set myself for a year or so and they look like they were just purchased. They heat up well, cook evenly and clean up perfectly. A must have!

A friend mentioned that she wished she had only one really good pan to cook in........one that didn't stick. When I asked her what she wanted, she replied, "Anything from Williams-Sonoma". So.............I ordered each one of us a new frying pan set and we are both still raving about the quality for the price. I will be back for more cooking ware!

Dish washer safe!!! Big selling point for me. Perfect weight, not too heavy. Based on other reviews I'm careful to use silicone or plastic utensils only. No issues with scratches so far. Very happy with the performance of the pans with even heating and food not sticking!

These non stick pans are great to use; they are balanced beautifully, sturdy without being heavy, making turning an omelette out very easy. I am beginning to prefer them to my old standby cast iron frying pans.

So glad I bought this set. There is such a difference in an expensive brand....This was a great value. My omelette and hamburger came out so much better. If you use every day, it's worth the price. Love that it came in both sizes. Perfect. And you can put in the oven!

It has been a hit and miss for me and pans until i saw the reviews on this. As soon as i received it., followed the care instructions before use and cooked some eggs to test it out. this pan passed w/ flying colors.

On my electric stovetop, these pans heat up faster than any I've ever used. The heat distributes absolutely evenly on the bottom, while the handle stays cool. They function just as well when transferring them from stove to oven...just use a potholder when removing from oven. The non-stick surface easily wipes clean. Using only silicone or plastic utensils, I expect these will last a long time. Love the transparent lids, too!

I got these two pans on sale, otherwise I think they may have been too expensive, but I am so glad I did!! They are wonderful. Nothing burns!!! Everything cooks so evenly. I'm a big fan of Calphalon anyway and have other pans but not the frying pans. I'm so glad I got these. Highly recommend!
