Great idea, fairly poor execution
March 23, 2015
I've had my 10-inch Calphalon frittata pan set for about 2+ years. I usually make a frittata every week -- and I deeply appreciate the very existence of this pan set, which allows us to make a true frittata.
But the design leaves a lot to be desired. The interlocking pans do NOT prevent excess oil/butter leaks when flipping (a rare but unhappy occurrence). And the way the handles attach to the pan body creates TWO sets of rivet spots where the egg mixture cakes on when cooking. You have to make sure these are clear / free before you flip -- and they are a pain to clean afterwards.
Finally, the pan bottoms are too thin, esp. for electric stovetops. You have to really watch it or your frittata can easily get a too-brown surface on one or both sides.
To Williams Sonoma: I would pay really good money for a frittata pan set made out of stainless -- and forget this silly nonstick / anodized nonsense. My current pan is already rife with scratch marks, etc.
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Difficult to Clean, Fragile, can leak, poor design

Every morning is an omelet to keep protein levels high all day. Love these frittata pans.
Frittata/omelet is high, beautifully browned,
and delicious. Easy to clean.
Great value for the price

perfect for eggs and frittata
September 19, 2014
I've had this frittata pan set for 2+ years - still in great shape. (If you don't use metal on the nonstick, it lasts well.) Perfect for making eggs or frittata, and I've used it many times personally and cooking for brunch guests. Highly recommend!
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Easy to Clean, Versatile

Good, but could be improved
July 31, 2014
We have both the 8" and 10" versions and each size is used a couple of times a month. The good: They are easy enough to master that I can make a beautiful frittata before I've had coffee in the morning and am still half asleep. They've also held up pretty well to regular (but not daily) use over a couple of years. The bad: I can't find anywhere that the non-stick coating is PFOA free. Also, the rivets are egg-magnets and a bit difficult to clean. If Calphalon made a ceramic version, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
