Calphalon Unison Sear Nonstick Braiser, 12"

The Sear Nonstick surface is specially textured to evenly brown meats, poultry and vegetables, locking in juices and flavor. Composed of three interlocking nonstick layers, the surface is engineered to stand up to years of daily use and dishwasher cleaning. This surface makes the braiser ideal for searing foods and then cooking the ingredients slowly and evenly. Heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum with three interlocking nonstick layers provides excellent heat conduction and uniform cooking; exterior won't chip, peel, stain or scratch. WS descriptions not correct

An OK pan, but very light and thin. Food burns easily.Only about 9" of cooking surface because sides are angled. Not the same quality as my All Clad or Scanpans. But, you get what you pay for.
Nonstick surface works well. And,the glass lid is a nice feature. But, handles get very hot during cooking.
This is not a hard anodized cooking surface, only wood or plastic utensils can be used. Pan cannot be put in a dishwasher -- only handwashing is recommended. Oven use up to 450, not 500, degrees.
Pros: Easy to Clean, glass lid
Cons: cannot use metal utensils, handles get very hot, some ws descriptions not correct
