Is NOT 12" and DOES NOT COME WITH LID

The description of the wok says this comes with a lid. IT DOES NOT. It is also 13 1/3 inches not 12, and a 12" lid from another piece DOES NOT FIT THIS. Here is the W-S description:
Traditional shape helps distribute evenly across bottom and up sides for fast, even cooking. Tempered-glass lid with stainless-steel rim offers a clear view of pan contents, so you can easily monitor cooking progress.
The manufacturer says no lid ever came with this item.
Pros: Easy to Clean, Design
Cons: Weight, Size, no lid, not 12" it is 13 1/4
