Breville Smart Oven Pizza Stone, 13"

Designed to work perfectly with a Breville Countertop Convection Oven, this pizza stone's porous surface draws moisture away from the dough for crispier crusts. Its special construction also distributes heat evenly across the entire pizza to maintain an even baking temperature. To use, simply preheat the stone in your Breville Countertop Oven at 450deg. I'm not an expert with a pizza stone by any means - I have had a little difficulty with cooking with this. We followed the instructions - ensured there was enough flour covering the stone before we placed our dough on - it still sticks. We have tried a few times now but the dough is always stuck to the stone after cooking.
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Store
Cons: Difficult to Use, Temperamental

Try Cornmeal
I have never used this particular pizza stone, but I sprinkle fine cornmeal on my pizza stone (after it has preheated in the oven) to prevent the dough from sticking. I also sprinkle it on the pizza peel before preparing the pizza on it so the pizza slides off easily onto the stone. Maybe give it a try.
