Breville Panini Press & Grill
With a 25% larger cooking surface than our previous model, this family-friendly machine accommodates up to four sandwiches at once. The versatile appliance is perfect for quick weeknight meals and casual entertaining, doing double duty as an indoor grill and sandwich press. Top plate adjusts for a variety of sandwich thicknesses for less leaking fillings. Nonstick cast-aluminum plates ensure uniform browning. Variable heat controls include a special "high-sear" setting for a toasty finish. Variable angle grilling surface allows for fat to drip away from food or, if kept flat, ensures extra-juicy steaks and chops. Can be used to grill meats and vegetables for fillings, then toast the sandwiches to crisp golden perfection.

I love this press! I use this several times a week for sandwiches, steaks, chicken, and veggies. It is so quick and easy to use. I especially love that you can have a perfectly cooked steak in 4 minutes! I even had to order my son one to take to college because he loves it too! I highly recommend this grill.

I really love this Panini Press! It doubles as a grill too. It is very easy to use, works like a charm, and is very easy to clean up,
I've used it a lot since ordering it, and it works wonderfully each time! The temperature is consistent, and it heats up quickly.

We've only had this for a week but it has had a workout! Cooks fantastic panini's and I like the added feature of being able to grill. It's easy to clean and now we're creating more sandwich recipes with veggies so it will be the most used appliance in our kitchen.

We love our Panini Press! We have a professional range with a grill - love it but the grill takes a long time to heat up and clean up takes time. Our Panini Press heats up in a flash and is so easy to clean. It's great for grilling veggies, salmon, chicken, and of course a variety of Panini sandwiches. We bought one for our daughter and her beau for Christmas and decided to treat ourselves, too. So glad we did!

We ordered this for Christmas. Love it! It is easy to use, easy to clean and makes crispy paninis with the adjustable slide to adjust the press for height. We had another bargain brand that our son took to college with him - this is so much better and well worth the price.

I finally decided to buy the Breville Panini Press, although I have another (lesser quality) panini press already at home. It, of course, also helped, that Williams-Sonoma had the special, one-day only, offer on the internet.

I was so excited to receive this as I had been wanting one for a long time. It does so much more than make Panini's. It has become one of my most useful kitchen appliance. I have made grilled cheese sandwiches, bacon and chicken quesadillas so far and that has been in just the last week! It makes everything so delicious! Got this for Christmas and tried it out right away. The paninis turned out wonderful. Loved the fact that no butter, oil etc. is needed on the outside of the sandwich because of non-stick surface. Great for grilling a few veggies for lunch as well. Clean up was pretty easy too.

I have used my Breville Panini Press every day since it arrived but have only made panini's once. It is a great for quick and easy indoor grilling in a healthy way.
I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only because I wish the plates could be removed for easier cleaning.

We have had this panini maker for several years. It is of excellent quality and durable. We have taken it to friends homes several times. It is easy to use-my teens use it by themselves- and cleans easily. It is versitile-I use it as a mini indoor grill at times.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?

Been eyeing this for a long time and just never pulled the trigger. I'm a big cook and have unfortunately set my family's expectations high. With a full time plus job this thing has been amazing! I have been able to make the most amazing paninis that I found on the website and catalog to start and then came up with my own and everything is so quick. It is sturdy and feels very industrial. Easy to clean and cooks all the sandwiches evenly. Haven't tried to cook meat, but I personally didn't buy it for that. Even my husband and teenagers have used it on their own and every sandwich tastes better when made in it. Very happy with the purchase. Only odd thing is there is no power switch, you just plug it in to start heating it up and unplug it to turn it off, but that's not really a negative, just odd.
