What a Wok

I've never owned a wok. I've never used a wok. I've used mine once since I only recently bought it. I just can't wait to use it again. I think it's going to replace my stove top for almost everything I cook. I store it with a soft cotton towel placed inside the bowl for the cord and spatula to lay on. I put the protective cover that came with it on the plug before I set it inside so that the metal cannot scratch the wok bowl. I just love it. It's beautiful to look at, too.

Can't live without it!

Bought this wok a few days ago because my husband and I have been trying to eat real healthy. This wok is great. We weren't sure if we wanted a conventional wok to use on the cooktop, or an electric one. We are so glad that we got this electric one. We have so much more usable space on the cooktop by using this on a different part of the countertop. It is so easy to use, and clean. By using this electric one, rather than one on the cooktop, you are able to control the heat much faster. We love it!!!
