Keeps coffee hot for hours!

My brother bought this for my husband and I last Christmas. I use it on the weekends and when my parents or in-laws visit. My parents and in-laws were both so impressed that they want one for Christmas this year. My mother-in-law loved that the coffee was still hot at 3:00 in the afternoon even though it was brewed at 7:00 in the morning.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Easy to Clean

Very Disappointed

Use this type carafe practically every day. Had a great one for years that finally wore out. We tried to find an exact replacement and not able to, so went to W-S, thinking first rate quality store. They had this one. Purchased it and very disappointed. Does not keep the coffee hot (only warm and not over an hour) though we fill it with hot water first. Is very slow to come out of the carafe. In fact, usualy unscrew the top to get the coffee out. Do not recommend this at all. Disappointed a class store like W-S would carry this.
Pros: Easy to Clean, Design
Cons: Quality, doesn't do what it is supposed to do
