Morris Heading Collard: Beautiful large blue-green leaves are tender and sweet; traditionally stewed with bacon, they are also delicious stuffed, stir fried or added to pasta dishes. Black Spanish Winter Radish: This beautiful black-skinned radish has white flesh and is perfect for braising, pickling and sauteing. Black Kale: Also known as Dinosaur or Lacinato kale, the nutritious crinkled, dark green leaves are delicious in braises or stews and can also be eaten raw in salads. Tendergreen Mustard: Tender and sweet, the smooth green leaves of this mustard are lovely in salads when young while mature leaves are excellent sauteed in olive oil with hot peppers, cooked into a pasta sauce or folded into an omelette.
