Beka Cook 'n Stir Saucepan

Think of this multitasker as a measuring cup you can use on the stovetop. Especially handy for stirring and reducing sauces, the 18/10 stainless-steel pan has interior measurement marks, so you can tell at a glance how much liquids have reduced. To store mixtures in the fridge, just pop on the lid. Measure, cook and store - all in one convenient pan. Constructed of durable 18/10 stainless steel with a bonded aluminum base for even heating. Great for making sauces, reducing liquids and lots more. Interior has measuring marks in 1-cup and .25 liter increments. A convenient stay-cool Bakelite handle. Spout simplifies neat pouring. Use the tight-fitting plastic lid to turn the cup into a storage container. Suitable for all cooking surfaces, including induction.

Great for soups
May 21, 2014
I've had my pot for over 2 yrs now. Its really versatile, but I find it most useful for making soups. Given the construction of the base it's easy to sauté and brown ingredients right in the pot and then measure out your liquid ingredients. I find it also works better with my hand blender as the deeper sides means less chance of splatter as I move the blender around.
Also great for reheating food, everything pours out easily instead of spilling down the sides and it doesn't take up much space on the stove so easier to have more than 1 thing on the go.
Only downsides are it's difficult to store, given it's shape. And I wish it had a lid you could use while you were cooking to further increase its versatility - for example simmering a bolognese sauce. But, all around a good investment for any kitchen.
Pros: Easy to Use, Versatile, Design
Cons: Difficult to Store, no lid for cooking
