Wonderful seafood seasoning

I ran across this seasoning in my W&S store and thought why not give it a try? I make a lot of dishes with fresh seafood and wanted a seasoning that would not overwhelm the flavor of good fish. I tried this on my sautéed scallops, seared stovetop using W&S Olio Santo Garlic olive oil and finished it off with a sprinkle of lemon juice. I've also used it on shrimp, halibut, Chilean sea bass, mahi-mahi, etc. It compliments all my seafood dinners. A nice change.
