Expired spices
April 3, 2012
Just received this today. It would be great, except four out of the six spices are expired already! (Best before 2012, it says) If I'm going to spend this much money on spices... even if I buy cheap spices at the store... I want them to be good for a couple years at least!! I had really looked forward to having this hanging spice rack on my wall but I will be returning it.
Cons: Disappointing

Baker's Spices
January 4, 2011
This was purchased as a gift for my boss for Christmas. She loved the gift, as she had been looking for whole nutmeg. The product is great!
As far as shipping goes. it was not delivered on the date promised. It was delivered a day too late, and I was not able to give her the gift until post christmas. It was pretty disappointing. I wish William Sonoma used Fed Ex instead of UPS.

Great, except . . .
December 21, 2010
This is a great set! I do a lot of baking and these are definitely the spices I reach for again & again (before I had this I kept the individual bottles grouped together in my cabinet since I was using them so often) . . . my only complaint is that the cocoa powder doesn't make much sense—I would've preferred ground ginger or another actual spice instead. Every recipe I've seen that contains cocoa calls for a much larger amount than what's provided here (the jar has 1.7 ounces, which is scarcely a few tablespoons). Maybe the thought is that you'll use it to dust the tops of cakes & cookies, but I still think it would have made more sense to include another actual spice instead (I'll be refilling mine with ginger when I use the cocoa). Overall though, this is a great set & I would recommend it.
