Our classic porcelain ramekins are wonderfully versatile: Use them to bake individual souffles (the straight sides promote rising) or to create chilled mousses; they're also great for cooking and serving vegetables and other side dishes. Produced by Apilco, France's leading porcelain manufacturer, each restaurant-quality piece is chip resistant as well as oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. Ramkekin No. 1: 3 1/2" diam. x 1 1/2" high., 5.4 oz. cap. Creme Brulee: 4 1/2" diam. x 1" high., 6.8 oz. cap.

This suits the purpose very well. I needed to replace a ramekin that was brought to me with an apple crisp in it. Unfortunately, the dish was accidentally broken, and this was a replacement. i was so glad to find this item!
