Nicely designed reduction pan

Had this pan for a couple of years...
When it comes to reducing and concentrating liquids and sauces, this pan is well designed. It's wide at the top to promote evaporation, and narrow at the bottom, to help in the boiling process.
And the excellent thing about All-Clad pans is their even heating, so things left on the burner for a long time (like sauce reduction) don't develop hot spots and burn the sauce.
I use this pan, in my catering business several times a week, and have never had any problems with it's performance, or it's cleanup.
An excellent, well-designed reduction pan.
